Being born and raised in Springfield, MO, Mark Johnson felt like he entered a whole new world when he moved to Texas where he and his son, William, currently reside.

Being born and raised in Springfield, MO, Mark Johnson felt like he entered a whole new world when he moved to Texas where he and his son, William, currently reside.

“Growing up in Springfield, I was pretty sheltered to the diversity that you find in a larger city like Houston,” Johnson says. “I'm glad William gets to experience this.”

Johnson graduated from Missouri State University with a bachelor degree in marketing/sales management. After graduating college, he worked in sales for many years before working for the education market.

Johnson enjoys working with all the different areas of education and respects how hard Career & Technical Education teachers work for their students. He says he enjoys watching teachers react when they begin to understand how CEV products are designed and put together to assist them with their curriculum.

Johnson likes to spend his personal time with his son and is grateful of his close relationships he has with his parents and sister.

“The most rewarding part of my personal life is the relationship I have with my son and watching him grow up and make good decisions,” Johnson said.
